Jessica is our number one pick for family photo sessions! Not only are her photos beautiful and timeless, she delivers a fun, memorable experience to match. She is friendly, professional, and absolutely amazing with kids – ours keep asking when they can ‘go back to play with Jessica’! Our experience with her is always relaxed, organic, fun, and filled with laughter. We like to update our photos every year or two because the kids grow and change so fast – Jessica really gets how to capture the kids and us as a family to reflect just how we are, so when we get the products and prints, we don’t just see photos – we see memories. 🙂 We would definitely recommend Jessica in a heartbeat!

I’m a big believer in capturing our family milestones and all the special moments of our kids (growing up so fast!). With two sets of twins we definitely bring challenge to each session, but Jessica always delivers beautiful and creative images of our family. We have used Jessica for maternity, newborn, birthday cake smashes, and our annual holiday sessions. Jessica brings a sense of calm to our sessions, while bringing out our fun side during what can be awkward moments in front of the camera (we aren’t models!). Jessica is flexible with her approach and brings a creativity that is current yet timeless. My kids always look forward to our photo time with Jessica and always leave with fun memories!  I highly recommend Jessica if you’re looking for a talented photographer with a great personality who is great with kids and will make you and your family feeling special throughout the process!

We weren’t able to do a newborn session right away because of post-partum complications and Jessica was amazingly accommodating when we had to reschedule. She was beyond flexible in finding us a spot and that initial communication and giving us piece of mind, made her great before even meeting her! Once we saw the images we were blown away! Having seen her images previously from friends, we knew it would be great, but seeing our own pictures, was so affirming that we’d made the right choice! Her presentation and artistry is stellar! From the personal writing on her marketing materials to the lovingly tied bow on our sample prints, she’s mindful of every detail. I also loved sitting down with her in our home and reviewing her work, trying to decide which shots we loved the most (we got them all in the end, just couldn’t decide!) Her friendly demeanour and attitude set her apart from other photographers. Her work is natural and ethereal, glowy and soft. Perfect for baby pictures when you want to showcase your child, not the props around them.

You won’t get a more warm and friendly photographer than Jessica. She really knows how to make you feel welcomed and relaxed even though I was having anxiety over how my toddler would be during the shoot. She pulled out props for my daughter to play with to allow her to feel more comfortable. And although my toddler did not behave the way we needed her to for the photos, Jessica went along playfully with her, never ever making us feel like her tantrums were creating a difficult situation. That truly made me feel so thankful and grateful that we were still able to get some remarkable photos out of the tantrum-filled situation. I truly recommend her for any families, to be families and more. She knows how to capture the best out of the little ones and make you feel like the experience is worth the time and value with her amazing photos.

Cost was my biggest hesitation. But the images are priceless! I also wasn’t sure if candid was the way to go. Many newborn sessions are super staged and I was wondering whether the candid shots would be “cute enough”. My goodness was I mistaken. My favourite part of this experience was how at ease my entire family was during the session, from my 3 month old to my 90 year old father-in-law. We felt like a friend had joined us for the afternoon. Professional, friendly, incredibly talented, worth every dime.
