When they welcomed their first baby, it was in this home (see highlights from that 2015 session here). Then, when they got in touch to tell me they were expecting their second baby, they also told me that they just bought a new home and were in the process of moving out. So this would be a hello and a goodbye – hello to this new wonderful addition to the family, and goodbye to this amazing home that held so many memories for them.
How wonderful that both boys will have these images to help them remember their very first home. I know for sure they’ll be curious when their parents tell them stories about this house, and I am so honoured to have been able to capture these wonderful early memories for them. Photographs only get more valuable with age – these will be priceless.
