Friends, if you’ve been following me here or on Instagram the last few months, you know that 2018 is shaping up to be a wild year full of unexpected challenges and surprises.
Well, here’s another surprise: I’ll be headed to beautiful Niagara-On-The-Lake in September 22-24 to present at The Uncommon Creative Collective photography conference! I’ll be featured as an “emerging speaker” since this will be my first time doing something like this. It’s all very exciting and terrifying at the same time!
At the conference, I’ll be doing a demonstration on how I approach and photograph lifestyle newborn sessions. Some things I’ll be sharing are details about the gear I use, how I prepare clients, how I use available light, and how I incorporate video into sessions to create a valuable keepsake and memory of their early days with the new baby.
